Position: Lecturer
Description:
The Economics Department at Princeton University may have an occasional curricular need for a lecturer to teach or advise undergraduate Macroeconomics and accepts applications in advance in the event the occasion arises where such a lecturer is needed. Any appointment may be for one or two semesters during the 2025-2026 academic year. Appointment duty time would depend on student enrollments, and appointments may be renewable depending on departmental need. An advanced degree is required. Please provide a cover letter, curriculum vitae, a statement of teaching interest, and contact information for one reference. No letters of recommendation are required until the interview stage. Review will occur on a rolling basis as needs arise, and will continue until any positions are filled. Expected Salary Range: $81,700 - $150,000
The University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's qualifications, work experience, education/training, key skills, market, collective bargaining agreements as applicable, and organizational considerations when extending an offer. The posted salary range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate for a full-time position; salaries for part-time positions are pro-rated accordingly.
