We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate Order Management Services Representative. This is a hybrid position based in Lawton, OK.

 

POSITION SUMMARY

 

Performs order creation and completion activities in the ESD module of SAP to ensure the accuracy of records used to construct, maintain, and operate the company’s gas delivery system; and other related duties as assigned.

 

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create, input, and complete orders in SAP from field and engineering requests.
  • Notify requestor of the creation or status of orders.
  • Assigns orders to vendors and releases contractor invoices while collaborating with Contract Services. 
  • Verifies the accuracy and completeness of orders.
  • Provides support when necessary for construction technicians and contract crews in the field.
  • Liaisons with Operations and Contract Services to provide the most accurate and timely service possible.
  • Research and input data for map corrections.
  • Administers routine aspects of the Accounts Receivable Other (ARO) process as it relates to non-commodity charges. 
  • Maintains the archival recordkeeping process and partners with other work groups, such as SAP, FileNet, Mobile Data and GIS to ensure that records are maintained to document the gas delivery system and to comply with federal, state, and other regulatory bodies.

 

 

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE

 

  • Requires a high school education or the equivalent knowledge of English, basic mathematics (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and calculation of fractions and/or percentages), grammar, spelling, and punctuation.

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES 

 

  • Ability to demonstrate knowledge of natural gas distribution system operations.
  • Capable of basic analytical and critical thinking skills to make sound decisions. 
  • Proficient in using MS Office software, such as word, excel and electronic mail. 
  • Must have effective oral and written communication skills. 
  • Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects, activities, and deadlines effectively. 
  • Enjoy working in a collaborative environment. 
  • Must be able to adapt quickly and respond well to changing priorities. 
  • Customer service focus – ability to listen, critically evaluate situations, and respond in a kind and professional manner.
  • Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
