Senior Manager, Trades
Manages overall building and facility operations and maintenance and leads team. Prepares budgets and performs related financial duties. Maintains, negotiates, and ensures adherence to contracts. Ensures safety and operational security of buildings and maintains associated records.
Manages overall facility operations related to Trades groups responsibilities and leads the teams. Prepare budgets and performs related financial duties. Maintains, negotiates, and ensures adherence to contracts. Ensures safety and operational security of buildings and maintains associated records.
Manages overall building and facility operations to ensure proper and safe usage, inspects facilities on a regular basis. Monitors, provided services to ensure compliance with schedule, budget, and standards. Makes and implements recommendations for enhancing & Maintaining facilities.
Overseas trades coordination with all internal & external engineers, contractors, building contacts to maintain buildings. Manages relations with vendors, provides technical assistance in soliciting all facilities services.
Ensures funding availability and authorizes non routine maintenance and expenditures. Ensures proper invoicing of associated costs, including emergency services and maintenance.

Supervises staff, which includes hiring, distributing and reviewing work, performance reviews, and documenting disciplinary actions and other human resource administration. Manages work schedules and approves time cards. Provides professional development opportunities.
Must be able to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time.
