• Analyze business requirements; generate technical specifications to design or redesign software components
• Work as part of a team of developers to create and enhance GIS applications
• Adapt to change quickly and adjust work accordingly in a positive manner
• Maintains good working relationships with others
• Participate in application requirements and design review meetings
• Applies software quality and security practices in the development process
• Limited travel may be required

• Minimum of a BS in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
• Have developed with Visual Studio, .NET, C# and C++
• Experience in designing, developing and successful deployment of projects from end-to-end
• Familiar with database usage and development
• Hands on experience in object level development
• Familiar with the concepts of Agile development
• Prefer experience with GUI development
• 0-4 years of developer experience
