You will:

If you are looking for a change, utilise your allied health background expertise and work within the WorkCare team of a global supply chain as a WorkCare Rehabilitation Consultant. Working in a fast-paced environment, where every day is different. Drive injury management and claims outcomes by engaging and providing all practical support to injured employees

  • Injury management and case conferences with medical providers
  • Tailor plans for the Return to work processes
  • Work with internal stakeholders to assist and advise through the injury process of employees
  • Working with the team to implement proactive injury prevention and employee wellbeing initiatives
  • Early intervention strategies for employees
  • Maintain accuracy of records and the claims management system

You have the following qualities & qualifications:

  • Knowledge of injury management and workers compensation or
  • Experience as a Physiotherapist/Nurse/Exercise physiologist/Rebab counsellors
  • Organised with strong time management and prioritisation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team and be a self starter
  • Ability to plan, organise and maintain workflows to achieve established goals, objectives and priorities
  • Current drivers licence
  • Experience in self-insurance will be highly regarded
