The Director of Revenue Activation maximizes revenue streams by developing monetization strategies for Sidearm’s digital platforms. This role oversees sponsorship activation, packaging and pricing, and inventory fulfillment specific to sponsorships while collaborating across departments.

  • Monetization strategies and sponsorship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development and execution of sponsorship packages, ensuring they meet diverse client objectives and deliver measurable ROI by leveraging platform capabilities.
  • Manage integration of multimedia rights, ticketing, merchandise and sponsored NIL activations for schools.
  • Work closely with the data analytics group to use data insights for pricing and packaging decisions.
  • Collaborate with Client Services to operationalize sponsorship and monetization strategies effectively.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities, such as featured event pages, dynamic ad placements and tiered sponsorships
  • Ensure sponsorship and asset packaging aligns with both school and sponsor objectives, maximizing ROI and driving engagement.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in revenue generation, sponsorships, or digital monetization roles.
  • Strong understanding of sponsorship packaging, pricing, and inventory management.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing monetization strategies.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with experience working across multiple departments.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess and optimize revenue opportunities.
  • Background in sports technology or digital platforms preferred.
