Overview

Lutron is seeking an innovative, data-driven, and collaborative Talent Acquisition Lead out of our Worldwide Headquarters in Coopersburg, PA.  In this role, you will lead our early talent recruitment strategy, ensuring we attract, engage, and retain the next generation of top-tier talent. In this high-impact role, you will design and implement talent acquisition approaches to build a robust pipeline of early-career professionals, strengthening Lutron’s future workforce. 

 



Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Design and execute innovative recruitment strategies to identify and engage high-potential entry-level candidates
  • Team Management: Lead and inspire a team of recruiters, enabling high performance and consistent delivery against ambitious hiring plans
  • Data-Driven Talent Forecasting: Utilize recruitment analytics to anticipate future hiring needs, assess market trends, and optimize early-talent sourcing strategies.
  • Event & Engagement Strategy: Oversee high-impact career events, securing attendance, coordinating logistics, and evaluating effectiveness through data-backed insights.
  • Talent Pipeline Development: Implement passive and proactive sourcing strategies to cultivate specialized early-career talent pools aligned with Lutron’s high standards of excellence.
  • Internal Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing insights on early-talent trends, candidate expectations, and market benchmarks.
  • Recruitment Process Optimization: Enhance hiring efficiency through ATS-driven recruitment workflows, ensuring quality applicants progress at the right pace to meet hiring goals.
  • Employer Branding & Marketing: Design compelling job descriptions, outreach campaigns, and engagement content to attract top emerging professionals
  • Candidate Journey Ownership: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to industry hiring regulations, data privacy laws, and best practices in hiring.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum, cumulative GPA of 3.00
  • 8+ years of professional experience with 5+ years’ experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Knowledge of MS Office, recruitment analytics tools, and at least one Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
