We have over 50 years of experience in handling customer contacts and interactions across a broad spectrum of industries.

We are seeking a proactive and high-energy New Business Lead Generation Specialist to support our enterprise sales pipeline. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives on identifying and qualifying new business opportunities through strategic outreach, research, and engagement. The ideal candidate has experience working in or with the ARM and/or healthcare RCM sectors and understands the language and priorities of finance and operations leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients across ARM, healthcare, and RCM verticals using tools like LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and Salesforce.
  • Develop and execute outbound lead generation strategies via email, phone, social media, and other digital channels.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure alignment with ideal customer profiles.
  • Schedule discovery calls and introductory meetings for enterprise sales executives.
  • Maintain detailed records of lead activity and performance in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • Collaborate with marketing to align outreach with campaigns, messaging, and targeted verticals.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market shifts, and competitive positioning in both ARM and healthcare RCM landscapes.
  • Meet or exceed monthly KPIs related to outreach, meetings booked, and qualified opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in lead generation, sales development, or business development—ideally in ARM, healthcare RCM, or B2B SaaS.
  • Familiarity with healthcare finance, patient collections, medical billing, and/or ARM industry practices is a strong plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and engage prospects.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), sales engagement platforms (Outreach, Salesloft), and data tools (ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and urgency.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working with or selling into financial services, healthcare providers, billing companies, or RCM vendors.
  • Knowledge of common pain points in receivables, collections, and revenue cycle operations.
  • Creative, persistent, and adaptable in approach to outreach and prospecting.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns at once.
