Position Summary:
The Marketing and Commercialization Manager is responsible for expanding the International Team for Implantology’s (ITI) footprint in the U.S. and Canada through strategic leadership and hands-on execution across four key areas: Leadership & Strategy, Membership Growth & Engagement, Revenue Development, and Operations & Support. This is a fast-paced, high-visibility role for someone who thrives in a collaborative, mission-driven environment and is eager to make an impact.
• Leadership & Strategy: Shape and drive growth initiatives aligned with organizational goals while working closely with cross-functional teams and global partners.
• Membership Growth & Engagement: Lead efforts to attract, retain, and engage members through compelling programming, partnerships, and personalized experiences.
• Revenue Development: Identify and implement innovative strategies to grow revenue through memberships, events, and new initiatives.
• Operations & Support: Ensure smooth execution of projects and campaigns by collaborating with internal teams including sales, education, and marketing.
Job Responsibilities:
• Build on the business strategy and implement creative, effective tactics to differentiate and grow ITI US and Canada Section membership.
• Collaborate with internal teams and global HQ to ensure brand consistency and impact.
• Act as a brand ambassador and thought leader in member engagement and marketing strategy.
• Actively solicit relevant input from members and stakeholders to ensure marketing strategies and materials remain fresh, relevant, and effective.
• Manage Education Program Manager and develop strategies to continue study club expansion
• Design and lead initiatives to attract, retain, and engage members through data-driven strategies.
• Oversee membership services, communications, and events to ensure a high-value experience.
• Analyze membership trends to identify opportunities for growth.
• Manage membership data, track trends, and produce reports to monitor performance.
• Generate and manage membership-related communications and reports.
• Plan and coordinate membership events and activities.
• Build partnerships and manage member outreach at events and tradeshows.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns to support membership and event revenue.
• Create content and materials to drive product and membership engagement.
• Leverage analytics to measure campaign ROI and inform revenue growth and membership retention strategies
• Support integrated content strategy to promote new revenue streams and audience growth.
• Manage project plans and cross-functional collaboration for seamless execution.
• Work with digital marketing team to grow and engage audiences and grow online presence and automate campaigns.
• Maintain content calendars, communication workflows, and digital strategy alignment.
• Develop engaging content to support multichannel strategies and adapt messaging for appropriate channels.
• Maintain strong collaboration and communication across a diverse, cross-functional team

Work Environment:
This position is a hybrid work schedule with 3 days in the Andover, MA office and two days remote
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or similar discipline
• 5+ years of marketing experience (focus on campaign development and implementation preferred)
Preferred Qualifications:
• 3+ years in member services or constituent management.
• Demonstrated experience in membership growth, retention, and analytics.
• Proven project management experience with excellent writing and communication skills.
• Strong time management, organizational, and analytical capabilities.
• Collaborative mindset and experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
• Outgoing and entrepreneurial spirit with an ability to drive direction and innovation.
