Responsibilities
Manage and control team to achieve transport operations’ objectives and KPIs, together with review SOP at operation to ensure designed process lead team performance to meet team objective and KPIs.
Update weekly team performance report and escalation issue with Contract Manager.
Update daily issue and request support from Customer for any situation impact DHL service.
Prepare summary transport service performance for monthly meetings review with customer.
Actively respond customer complaint with root cause investigation and execute solid action plan for operation error.
Lead operations team on investigate error issues under responsible service and execute corrective and preventive action.
Initiate and execute continuous improvement plan for operation efficiency.
Manage manpower at organization with resources utilization to match with work volume smoothly.
Manage transport subcontractor to provide service performance as KPIs setting.
Prepare summary service performance for monthly meetings review with transport subcontractor.
Take full leadership, operational responsibility for managing a safe, efficiency for the organization and the customer that fully complies with operation standards.
Support Country Safety & Security Lead in investigating any Incident happen at site.
Involve customers and lead team in Safety & Security activities to ensure awareness of all relevant risks, and an effective response to all threats is implemented in the operation.
Requirements
5 – 7 years experiences in Transport and logistics & Supply Chain or related filed.
Experience in Transport Operation with capability of truck planning for both Retail Customer Distribution and Chain Store Customer.
Manage truck utilization for multi-drop delivery with different required conditions.
Good knowledge of route in Bangkok area.
Understand operation and warehouse management process also goods return management relate to transportation.
Knowledge in Transport Business (3PL), Contract Management with subcontractor/Commercial, Transport Management system.
Understand concept of program to monitor transportation delivery performance through TMS tools.
Good skill of Stakeholder Management, Customer Relationship Management, Conflict management, People Management and Leadership Management.
