We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in aligning our Talent Acquisition strategy with our business objectives, specifically within our fast-paced blue-collar logistics environment. You will work closely with operational leaders to attract the best talent across our operations. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, which includes role alignment with managers, talent attraction, advertising, screening, compliance checks, and the recruitment of core warehouse and transport roles.
• Daily updates to the recruitment management system.
• Coordinating recruitment requirements, including interviews nationally.
• Building and developing talent pipelines for critical roles across the operations.
• Developing an understanding of operational requirements to identify candidate pipelines.
• Developing and executing a range of sourcing strategies, including local and regional sourcing campaigns and assessment centres, to drive the talent pipeline.

Requirements

• Proven experience recruiting, internal or agency recruitment
• Experience with large volume recruitment
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills
• proven experience with recruitment strategies and sourcing
• Experience using a Recruitment management systems
• Aptitude to follow robust processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to travel between sites
