Job Summary
The Administrative Support Associate I position is responsible for the administration of the Employee Education Program (EEP) and the Family Education Program (FEP). This position will be the point of contact between those eligible and Student Billing Services on campus.
Additional duties include:
- coordinating with the EEP officials at other institutions
- verifying participants’ eligibility, class schedule, and costs
- application of waivers
- reporting/tracking of information

Data entry, SAP knowledge, and customer service.
