Description:

The Test Engineering Intern assists production and product engineers with production process documentation, work instructions, failure analysis, production support and workstation setup.

This is a full-time summer position with the potential to transition to part-time in the fall.


Core Responsibilities

  • Provides assistance to engineers in various tasks, including designing experiments, failure analysis, design for manufacturability (DFM) reports, process procedures, process improvements, work instructions, and setup.
  • Provides production support to resolve defects and improve processes.
  • Reviews document packages and assists in product quotes.
Requirements:

Education

  • Sophomore level or higher in an Engineering program (required)
  • 1 – 3 years related work experience (preferred)

Knowledge, Skills, & Requirements

  • Basic level computer skills including Microsoft Office and CAD.
  • Good verbal and written communication.
  • Work independently and in a team environment.
  • Troubleshoot defects in a production environment.
  • Solid attention to detail.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
