Strategic Analysis, Inc (SA) is seeking a versatile and skilled Innovative Solutions Opening (ISO) Coordinator to support the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H) activities. ARPA-H requires Solicitation Coordinators to play a crucial role in the planning, coordination, and execution of procurement related activities within the ARPA-H organization. This roles supports the Mission Office Leadership and reports to the Assistant Director for Program Management.

Specific Duties Required:
1) Program solicitation process coordination: Drafting/routing/publishing solicitation documents, coordinating FAQ's, preparing and assigning abstracts and proposals and tracking and consolidating responses.
2) Open solicitation coordination, to include assigning abstracts and proposals, tracking team reviews response letters.

Experience/Expertise Required:
- Experience supporting the USG solicitation process for an office wide solicitation, as well as program specific solicitations.
- Must be organized, able to work within a team, have knowledge of the R&D process.
- ARPA experience strongly desired.
- Strong written and oral communication skills

Education
- Bachelors Degree

Clearance
- HHS, NIH Public Trust (Ability to obtain)
