Overview

The Senior Associate CPG Insights handles aiding in the management of the IRI team, databases, contracts and overall relationship with IRI. They will also manage using other syndicated data and secondary research, providing analyses and insights that support CPG Marketing.



Responsibilities

The duties and responsibilities of the Senior Associate CPG Insights are outlined below and include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Analysis & Insight Support – Deliver the analysis of category, brand and competitive performance and use the findings to develop insights.
  • Monthly Reporting – Deliver scan and panel database analyses.
  • Service Improvement – Seek out opportunities to constantly streamline reporting/data usage to maximize value from the data.
  • Research Project Coordination – Responsible for the preparation, development, and execution of research projects.
  • Agency Management – Manage the IRI account team, quality delivery and contracts.
  • Research Budget Management – Responsible for development and on-going tracking/management of research budgets.


Qualifications

The duties and responsibilities of the Senior Associate CPG Insights are outlined below and include, but are not limited to the following:

  • BA/BS degree preferably in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics or related field.
  • Min 1 year experience with IRI or Nielsen Syndicated/Panel data and application
  • Demonstrated fluency on databases and the ability to gather and communicate actionable insights from big data.
  • Experience in CPG preferable.
  • Proven communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated advanced ability with Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated quantitative analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated service minded orientation.
  • Familiarity with PowerBI or Tableau preferable
  • Pay Range $95,000 - $105,000, annually. Plus, annual bonus.
