Job Summary
- The Human Development Institute (HDI) at the University of Kentucky is Kentucky’s Center on Disability. HDI is looking to fill an Nurse Coordinator Supervisor position. This position will work as the Risk Management Supervisor on the 1915i Recovery Independence Support Engagement (RISE) initiative. This position is through a contract and is within DBHDID/1915i RISE Initiative.
The responsibilities of the Risk Management Supervisor will include, but are not limited to, the following:- Refer complaints for investigation or technical assistance
- Develop and provide health, safety and welfare education
- Collaborate on investigation reports and findings of incidents
- Review reports and data for trends
This position does not include direct patient care.
This position is open to applicants in all areas of Kentucky. Regular work-related travel is a requirement of this position. This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule. Further details will be discussed during the hiring process for the chosen applicants.
