We have an opportunity available for a Maintenance Technician to work within our Maintenance Team. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for preventive maintenance and repairs on industrial lift equipment and conveyor system in distribution center environment. Also, general maintenance of entire facility including office environment.

What you will do:    

• Preventative maintenance and repair of Crown industrial lift equipment, including turret, order pickers and stand-up riders.
• Preventative maintenance on equipment batteries.
• Preventative maintenance and repair of computerized conveyor system.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems/issues and successfully initiate repairs to include photo eyes, proximity switches and input/output modules.
• General facility maintenance and upkeep including working with outside contractors dealing with HVAC system, Solar Array system and generators.
• Responsible to ensure PM's are done correctly and proper reportage filled out and maintained.
• Other duties as assigned and needed

What we need:  

• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics and compressed air systems
• Prefer knowledge of Allen-Bradley conveyor control system
• Experienced with AC/DC welder, MIG welder and metal fabrication
• Electrical knowledge, single and 3 phase wiring
• Knowledge of Crown power industrial trucks, repair and preventative maintenance
• Ability to read/comprehend technical manuals, blueprints and schematics
• Ability to use electrical diagnostic equipment, digital and analog meters for AC/DC testing
• Ability to lift 40 lbs
• Ability to work at heights
