POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Consumer Digital Banking Specialist to support and enhance the digital banking experience for our customers. This role plays a key part in the day-to-day operations of our digital banking services and ensures efficient resolution of customer inquiries and internal support tasks. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of banking experience and a passion for delivering high-quality digital support.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform he essential functions.

  • Manage and respond to inquiries in the Online Banking Email Inbox, Website Inquiry submissions and Call Center Inquiries.
  • Investigate and resolve Bill Pay issues, and monitor/manage mobile deposit limits.
  • Perform new employee digital banking system setups, ensuring proper access and configurations.
  • Conduct routine audits and daily verification checks to ensure systems are functioning as expected.
  • Create and load Experience Groups to support personalized customer interactions.
  • Compile and deliver monthly engagement reports on digital banking performance and usage.
  • Monitor for and escalate customer complaints related to digital banking platforms.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration and assist with additional duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1–2 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Familiarity with digital banking tools and systems is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • High attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Experience with reporting and/or Microsoft Excel is a plus.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Constant use of computer screens
  • Ability to operate a computer keyboard, use hand to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see or hear
  • Intermittently standing, stooping, bending at the waist, walking, kneeling or crouching
  • Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time during the workday
  • Long periods of typing and repetitive motion
  • Ability to lift and/or move and carry 10 pounds
