Recruiting Assistant
Individual must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and positively represent the School of Nursing. Individual would be responsible for data entry, including inputting prospective student information into the recruitment database; Salesforce or Slate experience preferred. This position coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to accomplish program objectives. Candidate must possess excellent data entry skills with minimal errors and the ability to learn specialized programs/software. Individual must possess the skill set to coordinate and/or assist with special events and recruitment activities and travel to local area events, as needed. Individual must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and work on multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism.
Provides daily support in the execution of an assigned program, section, or special interest group and implements procedures, processes, services, and systems to support program workflow. Evaluates and monitors projects, coordinates with internal and external stakeholders, and advises staff on program policies. Creates program communications, coordinates data and manages program databases, and assists in developing program evaluations.
Moderate physical effort required. May be required to stand/move for several hours at a time. May be required to move recruiting materials or bins up to 50 pounds with or without assistance of equipment.
