Description:

General Summary:

This role manages the planning, coordination and execution of external and internal events, including logistics, staff coordination, and communications.


Principal Accountabilities:

  • Plan, organize, and coordinate the company's participation in trade shows, expos, community festivals, business networking events while supporting internal employee engagement activities.
  • Coordinate event logistics, including registrations, booth setup, branded materials, shipping, and staff or volunteer scheduling.
  • Manage event calendars, RSVP lists, ticket distribution for sponsored events, and all related event communications.
  • Maintain event documentation, reports, and conduct post-event evaluations to assess success and areas for improvement.
  • Work with the marketing team to manage event inventory—such as signage, giveaways, and displays—and ensure a consistent brand presence and professional representation.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in event coordination and executive engagement
  • Technical Skills: Microsoft software proficiency
  • Behavioral Skills: Organizational skills, time management skills, proven ability to work autonomously while thriving in collaborative team environments

Description of physical working environment:

  • Primarily office-based, with occasional travel to field locations or corporate meetings. Availability of working some evenings and weekends based on event schedules.
  • Ability to lift and transport event materials (with reasonable accommodation)
