Job Summary:

Radius is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager, Field Operations, to optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of our field-based teams. In this critical role, you will be the primary liaison for field support, collaborating closely with Radius Field employees, Commercial IT, Operations, and Compliance.

You will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and enhancing the processes, tools, and technologies that empower our Sales and other field teams. Your responsibilities will span from providing expert guidance on the efficacy of field tools to managing and optimizing key existing resources such as Veeva CRM, the Radius Car Reimbursement program, and customer data systems.

This role also involves leading crucial operational areas including data stewardship, field roster management, sponsorships and exhibits coordination, credentialing, and comprehensive general field support. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a proven ability to drive operational excellence.

Essential Responsibilities:

The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Champion Field Alignment: Partner with Headquarters to effectively communicate and reinforce company policies, programs, and guidelines, ensuring consistent pull-through across all field teams.
  • Facilitate Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a pivotal liaison between field teams, Commercial Operations, IT, Incentive Compensation (IC), and Human Resources to proactively identify and resolve issues.
  • Provide Dedicated Field Support: Offer comprehensive day-to-day tactical support and ongoing training to all field-based employees, building strong relationships to minimize time away from their core responsibilities.
  • Ensure Data Integrity: Lead ongoing data stewardship initiatives with vendor partners, ensuring the accuracy and cleanliness of all Healthcare Professional (HCP) records.
  • Manage Network Data Streams: Oversee and manage Veeva Network data queues to maintain seamless data flow.
  • Guide Compliance Adherence: Communicate essential state and municipal licensing requirements related to compliance to field teams as needed.
  • Streamline Support Channels: Efficiently manage the Field Support and Data Integrity inboxes and phone lines, providing timely assistance.
  • Administer Car Reimbursement Program: Manage the comprehensive Car Reimbursement Program, including vendor relations, program effectiveness, monthly reimbursements, quarterly tax reporting for compliance, and annual program renewal.
  • Oversee Credentialing: Maintain and manage the field vendor credentialing process to ensure compliance.
  • Provide CRM Expertise: Act as a primary point of contact for all Veeva CRM system-related inquiries from field-based employees, offering expert guidance and troubleshooting.
  • Support Data-Driven Initiatives: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, particularly in areas concerning data integrity and customer account maintenance.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Prior field sales support experience is highly preferred.
  • Experience supporting customer data systems and processes.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency is a significant plus.
  • Veeva Network experience is a plus.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams. Must be extremely responsive.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong, problem-solving capabilities.
  • Adept at managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment with shifting demands. You'll need to deliver high-quality work on time, both independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated maturity and independent decision-making abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels.
  • Strong business acumen.
