Job Overview
The Senior Director, Compliance is responsible for the design, development, and management of an effective compliance program for Altura and its clients, as appropriate. This role will design and structure the compliance program according to the seven elements of a compliance program. Will provide routine compliance program reports to the leadership of Altura and their clients. This position performs the duties and responsibilities of third-party vendor oversight. Serving as liaison and point of contact for internal departments, health plans, and subsidiary organizations for the coordination and collaboration of assigned delegated entities to ensure compliance with regulatory, accrediting, and health plan service requirements. The position will lead the Delegation Oversight, First Tier Downstream, and Related Entities (FDR) monitoring activity. Further, the position will support and participate in the anti-fraud and regulatory affairs programs.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required.
Master’s Degree highly preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in corporate compliance management required.
Minimum of 5 years’ staff supervision required.
Knowledge of relevant Federal, State, and local healthcare compliance laws & regulations.
Certification in healthcare compliance preferred.
Compensation
$140,044.23 - $175,055.29 annuallyCompensation Disclaimer

The range is subject to change.
