Compensation: $18-$24 hourly

Position Summary:  

The End User Support Technician is responsible for providing end-user and desktop support for multiple sites and call centers in the US, India, North America, Puerto Rico, and the Philippines.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with end-points throughout the organization. (PCs, Laptops, Printers, Scanners, other peripherals)
  • Improve and manage the TSI standard image for end user computing devices. 
  • Perform PC and Laptop rollouts.
  • Analyze and implement solutions for desktop software application rollouts. 
  • Perform desktop software rollouts.
  • Manage end user software licensing and assets. 
  • Administer System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).
  • Administer Share Point.
  • Document end user support processes and procedures and maintain a knowledge base. 
  • Ensure compliance with IT Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for End User Support. 
  • Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations relating to job duties.
  • Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with TSI policies and procedures.
  • Make recommendations to implement improved processes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.


Qualifications



  • 3-5 years of end user/desktop support experience required. 
  • Broad and deep knowledge for supporting Windows 10 PCs and peripherals required. 
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills required. 
  • A+, MCDST, or equivalent certification preferred. 
  • Experience working with SCCM preferred.
  • Experience working with group policies preferred. 
  • Experience with large-scale high availability environments (2500+ end points).
  • Experience with end user computing backup solutions is a plus. 
  • Experience with enterprise level Windows 10 upgrades is a plus.
  • Experience supporting on premise and work at home employees is a plus.  
  • Very strong service-oriented skillset. 
  • Deep knowledge of IT security for end user computing devices. 
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team fostered environment.
  • Ability to work in a multi-tasked environment.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize work.
  • Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule
