This position will float between Good Samaritan, Mt Hood and Salmon Creek locations.

 



Responsibilities

The Ambulatory Clinical Pharmacy Manager is responsible for operational, financial, clinical and quality performance goals for pharmacist services within the clinics and population health.  

 

The Ambulatory Clinical Pharmacy Manager provides support and managerial assistance to the Pharmacy Director by managing daily operations in clinic pharmacist services that include: Staffing and scheduling; orientation and on-boarding; education and competency assessment; completing annual reviews; budget monitoring; maintaining and establishing clinical standards; promoting evidence-based practice; and implementing quality measures.

 

Works collaboratively with administrative, medical and support staffs of Legacy Clinics to provide safe, cost-effective medication services to customers.  Assures compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.



Qualifications

Education: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy required. 
  • Advanced degree preferred.
  • PGY-2 in Ambulatory Care preferred. 

 

Experience: 

  • Three year’s work experience related to area of responsibility. 
  • Supervisory or management experience preferred.
