Job Title: Senior Supervisor - Fulfillment
Job Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):
- Assists Head of Fulfillment in the daily operations and prioritizations of the Fulfillment Center in Libertyville, IL.
- Monitor workflow and productivity, making adjustments as necessary to meet operational targets.
- Coordinates with supervisors and team leads on day-to-day priorities and assignments to ensure effective, efficient and productive work flow.
- Provides direction to fulfillment leadership throughout the work day as priorities change.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that encourages employee engagement and development.
- Direct responsibility over production department consisting of 3 operations and 32 associates
- Ensure even flow of orders on the processing line by directing, motivating, guiding, and training Pharmers through the fulfillment leadership team.
- Responsible for order/task prioritization.
- Responsible for optimizing staffing to meet or exceed company objectives and key performance indicators.
- Interfaces with Culture and Teams to ensure clear and timely communication of events, changes and updates.
- Review daily reports to troubleshoots any issues identified.
- Responsible for meeting or exceeding production results.
- Work with the Continuous Improvement and Quality & Compliance teams to perfrom root-cause analysis when non-compliance is identified.
- Responsible for performance management of team leads and production associates.
- Responsible for timecard administration.
- Provide daily production reporting as requested by management.
- Additional projects may be assigned as needed by management.
Required Education, Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a distribution/warehouse environment.
- Two (2) years supervisor/manager experience required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong ability to interact with varying levels of members of the organization.
- Can participate in a cross functional team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Technical skillset (Net Suite, ERP, WMS, WAS, BI, Excel, Word)
- Ability to drive and adapt to change.
- Able to seek out opportunities for improvements within an organization and provide justification for that change.
- Self-directed and internally motivated.
- Experience with managing safety and following OSHA regulations.
- Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must be able to stand a minimum of 8 hours per day and lift up to 20 pounds.
- Must be able to work weekends and as business needs arise, as well as flexible for coverage on alternative shifts.
Compensation Range and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $$90K - $110K USD annually. Actual salary may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, Pharma Logistics’ business and organizational needs, as well as an individual’s relevant experience, education, qualifications, certifications, skills, seniority, geographic location, and/or performance.
