Overview

Lutron is looking for a self-motivated and highly collaborative Luxury Channel Marketing Leader to join our team out of our office location in Conshohocken, PA. In this role, you will work with marketing leadership, product management, sales, and centralized communication teams to help define the growth plans for our various sales channels and the professionals within them (e.g. direct dealers, distributors, general contractors and more). In addition, you will develop corresponding content that evokes emotion, encourages discovery, and educates our target audiences on how Lutron elevates luxury living with simple, elegant, and innovative solutions. This role will also include a focus on growing our key international markets, bringing channel and product growth strategies across the world. 



Responsibilities

  • Channel Expansion: Creation, execution, measurement and optimization of plans to expand the number and quality of qualified professional installers of Lutron luxury solutions, including paid and earned media campaigns, community engagement, etc.

  • Strategic Product Adoption - Strategy Development: Develop and implement channel marketing strategies to accelerate professional adoption of strategic products.

  • International Marketing Liaison: Coordination with our international marketing teams & partners to bring effective marketing and process approaches to key growth markets.

  • Sales Enablement: Collaboration with sales team to ideate, develop, manage and improve sales collateral, e.g. interactive digital tools, video, print materials, demos and more.

  • Campaign Development, Reporting and Optimization: Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, monitoring and analyzing performance, managing associated budgets, and making adjustments as necessary to optimize results.

  • Performance Measurement: Establish KPIs for marketing programs and tactics, implement measurement systems, and develop executive-level reports on marketing effectiveness with recommendations for optimization.

  • Trade Show and Event Coordination and Support: Work with cross-functional teams to plan and coordinate trade shows, events and webinars to promote products and engage with channel partners.

  • Partner & Pro Association Marketing Management: Facilitation of marketing relationships with professional associations and alliance brand partners, expanding Lutron’s reach and increasing brand equity.

  • Market Intelligence and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape, and analyze sales data and market feedback to inform marketing strategies and tactics.

  • Acceleration of Professional Upskilling: Increase the velocity of quality pro installers to achieve higher levels of Lutron qualification through joint marketing and training campaigns, thereby unlocking increased revenue potential and expanding the market.  



Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree required, marketing or communications field of study preferred

  • Minimum cumulative 3.00 GPA required

  • 7+  years of relevant work experience in a Marketing/sales role required

  • Proficiency in MS Suite and familiarity with various web, email, and social media platforms and associated analytics tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Canva, Google Analytics, etc.)

  • Willingness to travel up to 20-25% of the time; ability to occasionally visit other Lutron offices
