Starting annual salary $72,000
Foster Care Supervisor:
The Foster Care Clinical Supervisor will be trained in and provide oversight and leadership of the Functional Family Therapy (FFT) model, in addition to Therapeutic Foster Care (TFC) case management. The supervisor will provide frequent and ongoing feedback to the clinicians and family support specialists in FFT, as well as facilitate weekly team consultation and case reviews. The supervisor will ensure model fidelity, timely documentation in Care4 database of all required materials, and work towards certification of all team members in the FFT model. Maintaining a collaborative partnership with the Department of Children and Families and other community partners is integral to this role.
JOB SUMMARY
Renders assessment and psychotherapeutic services to children and families. Provides clinical and administrative supervision to staff. Participates in Quality Assurance and Utilization Review. Assists in implementing programmatic and agency priorities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Staff Training: All FFT FC staff will receive model specific training. Additionally, Clinical Supervisors will receive advanced FFT FC training and weekly case consultation will be required with FFT FC Model Developers.
