Account Services Coordinator will assist in organizing ongoing Maintenance Services projects. The responsibilities include but are not limited to, monitoring schedules cross-functionally, organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, and tracking whether project deadlines are met in a timely manner to contribute to the success of projects’ objectives and timelines.

Job Highlights:                                                                                  

  • Maintain and monitor project trackers and provide updates to Maintenance Services Team utilizing Microsoft Excel and Various work order management systems.
  • Document and follow up on necessary actions and decisions from meetings and projects including work order processing, completion, and invoicing.
  • Be able to communicate effectively and efficiently both internally and externally to various partners outside of our organization.
  • Work within Maintenance Services and cross-functional internal teams to ensure project deadlines are met within customers’ and company standards and timelines.  
  • Provide administrative support as needed; including undertaking project tasks as required 

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Preferred two (2) or three (3) plus years of prior project coordination or data management experience
  • Must possess exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of any type of electrical work would be a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and learning skills
  • Prior work experience in an office environment required
  • Ability to work effectively both independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
