How you will contribute to LifeNet Health's success:

The Senior Manager, Reliability Engineer will have the responsibility to develop and manage Maintenance Excellence programs and CMMS system(s) (Computerized Maintenance Management System) best practices and elevate overall production and building equipment reliability through a defined continuous improvement process for all LifeNet Health equipment assets and sites. This function will work in partnership with Operations and Facilities to create standards for systems and implement national standards and support implementation for all assigned areas and services. This position will lead reactive to proactive change for the maintenance environment based on data collection and implementation of robust processes that can be replicated, selfsustained and will translate personal knowledge into process knowledge for the business.

What you'll do:

  • People Leadership: Provides oversight to assigned team by supervising, guiding, and directing employees to be effective team members. Ensures that everyone is equipped with the right skills, tools, and talents necessary for executing their duties. Using the established people processes (performance, development, succession, and career) to ensure that their team's level of performance and capabilities meet current and future standards.
  • Maintenance Planning: Oversees maintenance planning, creates standards of assets management and CMMS systems, implements, and manages the CMMS system and process for all LifeNet Health facilities. Develops and manages continuous improvement program.
  • Strategic Planning: Develops, executes, and maintains long-term strategy programs for maintenance excellence including asset reliability plans, and total life cycle cost management and analysis. Establishes MRO inventory projection analysis targets based on through put validation.
  • Process Improvement: Develops, implements, and manages a robust process moving from paper to systems, create paperless maintenance program, introduce concept of FMEA, MTB, downtime, utilization, and resource allocation.
  • Audit Process: Develops, leads, and coordinates internal and external audit process with Facilities, P&L and Quality teams. Improvement and standardize equipment data.
  • Asset Management: Supports and manages general activities of asset management for the business. 5 Partnership: Coordinates and supports Production Maintenance schedules to align with Production engineering.

What you'll bring (Minimum Requirements):


  • Bachelor's Degree Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar
  • Seven (7) years Leadership or management experience with responsibility of direct reports' performance
  • Five (5) years Asset Management and Maintenance Excellence programs in Medical Devices, Pharma, Health Care, Manufacturing, or Industrial Shipyard
  • Three (3) years CMMS Management (Computerized Maintenance Management System)

  • Time Management: Ability to use time in an effective and productive manner with ability to work under pressure with tight timelines, make critical decision and maintain a sense of focus and urgency.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to plan, implement and monitor assignments effectively to meet the needs of the business and manage multiple departments.
  • FDA Regulated Environment: Experience with FDA regulations and other government agencies preferred.

Salary: $100,306 - $133,741 annually

The pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location and the candidate's qualifications and prior relevant experience. The pay range for this position is $100,306 (entry-level qualifications) to $133,741 annually (experienced in this role).

* Actual compensation may be higher based on the successful candidate's knowledge and relevant experience.

This position is eligible for an annual bonus once eligibility criteria are met.
