Job Summary
Skilled professional needed to join the University of Kentucky (UK) Targeted Assessment Program (TAP). We are looking for a team member with strong clinical and case management skills. Candidates should be passionate about helping others and advocating for those in need. The TAP Specialist will be a UK employee co-housed at the Department for Community Based Services office in Perry County, KY.

Duties include: conducting participant assessments in the areas of substance use, mental health, intimate partner violence victimization, learning problems, and basic needs; connecting program participants with services and resources; providing follow-up to support improved outcomes; and collaborating with community partners. ’

Master’s degree plus 3 years of related experience in social work, counseling/treatment, case management, and other supportive services or equivalent; Driver’s license preferred.
