RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee site quality management system and quality initiatives
Provide advice on any regulatory or quality issues and assist on other relevant issues
Conduct self-inspection audit on the processes
Consult on quality / regulatory matters
Lead customer audits on Quality Management Systems and other related topics
Serve as customer contact on quality-related issues
Lead as Quality Representative in fulfilling the roles to support functional / Site Quality Management System
Any other ad-hoc requests / projects
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
At least 3 years of experience in quality management
Approximately 2 years working experience in quality industry with strong background in operations and team management
Has exposure to regulatory audits
Has People management experience
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong stakeholder management skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Possesses a resilient and “can do” attitude
