We're now looking for a Planning Manager

?A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Working closely with the costumer and in collaboration with the Operations Manager to device a long term strategy that meets customer demands, whilst considering site capacity and resource planning
• Leading the Planning Team, setting clear expectations, standards, objectives and R&A's, in order to manage the sourcing of stock and materials to achieve KPI targets and ensure continuous material flow to the production team
• Leading regular internal planning meetings, attend daily PD's to review and act upon daily conformance to plan and to support all customer related planning calls

?THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Have proven experience in operational and production planning.
• Familiarity with co-packing is desirable, though not essential.
• Are capable of thriving in a challenging and dynamic work environment.
