Responsibilities

1. Handle the jobs concerning the operation & administration (e.g. HR, Accounting, IT) within

warehouse.

2. Assist Operation Section Manager in handling company petty cash.

3. To be a first contact person on issue of operation, IT.

4. Manage all Data Entry Works to run smoothly on daily schedule.

5. Control the completion of Data Entry Works are on-time as per operational process.

6. Keep the Ops Section Mgr. informed of any problems on operation & system / data entry

process.

7. Involve to all conference with the customer.

8. Assist Ops Section Mgr. to contact department concerned the operation jobs (e.g.

Local/APAC, IT, FA, HR, Supplier).

9. Assist Ops Section Mgr. find out the solution of operation & system problems.

10. Assist Ops Section Mgr. in circulating Customer’s Requests / Complaints to concerned

department.

11. Assist Ops Section Mgr. in contacting & responding the information to customer on an issue of

operation / system / inventory.

12. Monitor and report the Ops Section Mgr. on warehouse operation KPI.

13. Coordinate with Ops Section Mgr. on KPI improvement.

14. Coordinate PTQ system implementation and monitoring.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Fair command of English, workable computer literacy Certification of Safety Officer (at Supervisor Level)
  • Logistics & Supply Chain Process, Product knowledge
