Responsibilities

* Drive the implementation of the 4 OMS principles and 12 OMS elements and maintain the OMS

* Support the Site Management Team to establish and maintain an Organization that Delivers

* Support the implementation and maintenance of Performance Management

* Support the implementation and maintenance of the Job Standardization

* 'Support Continuous Improvement

Requirements

* Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or any related course is a plus

* • Dynamic and goal orientated; enabling site teams to work accordingly to the plan

* Ability to influence without authority is required strongly / significantly in this role

*  Has self initiative but understands the role as an integrated team role

*  Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites especially on Excel, Word and Powerpoint
