Overview

Key Responsibilities & Performance Standards

  • Provide communication support including scheduling meetings, scribing, recording and distributing meeting minutes, drafting and sending follow-up emails and task reminders
  • Drafting, proofing, printing, distribution of documents, completion of forms, creation of advertising materials
  • Procurement and expense reconciliation
  • Other support


Responsibilities

  • Two years of general office or secretarial experience; OR 
  • An Associate’s degree or certificate in office occupations or office technology and one year of general office or secretarial experience; OR 
  • A Bachelor’s degree and one year of general office or secretarial experience; OR 
  • An equivalent combination of training and experience.

Note:  Successful completion of a formal OHSU Administrative Internship Program will substitute for one year of experience.  Contact Compensation for confirmation of eligibility. 



Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Two years of general office or secretarial experience; OR
  • An Associate’s degree or certificate in office occupations or office technology and one year of general office or secretarial experience; OR
  • A Bachelor’s degree and six months of general office or secretarial experience; OR
  • An equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Strong written, verbal communication and proficiency in MS Office Suite; meticulous record keeping and organization skills.
