LOCATION: Fontana, CA

THE PURPOSE:

As a Lead Second Shift Distribution Associate, you help execute and direct various warehouse and distribution tasks and activities. You also create excitement around productivity, accuracy, programs, and initiatives — all while upholding our high standards regarding communication and confidentiality. Distribution Leads are key team members that set an excellent example for our associates and temporary team members to strive for.

THE ROLE (what you are accountable for)

• Achieving Distribution productivity and accuracy goals and motivating temp staff to achieve the same goals

• Implementing company training programs; monitoring staff training and customer service

• Maintaining company standards

• Promptly and accurately complete all paperwork procedures as related to your assigned tasks

• Assisting with inventory and the maintenance of inventory records

• Following procedures for all functions assigned

• Interfacing with corporate personnel (i.e. accounting, merchandising, operations, and human resources) as needed.

• Delivering instructions to the teams as directed by your managers and delivering feedback and concerns back to management

• Support other DC departments as needed

• Monitor resources and supplies and communicate needs in a timely manner

REQUIRED MINIMUM EXPERIENCE

• 2 years of warehouse experience in apparel pick and pack operation

• 1 year of warehouse leadership experience in apparel pick and pack operation

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Proficient in MS Word and Excel proficiency
