We are seeking a full-time, hybrid Director of Strategic Initiatives and Execution that will be located at our Tampa office. The Director of Strategic Initiatives and Execution is responsible for driving the planning, implementation, and tracking of key cross-functional strategic projects and initiatives that align with the Paradigm’s long-term goals. This role serves as a key advisor to executive leadership, ensuring that strategy is translated into actionable plans and delivered effectively across departments within Specialty Networks and Operations (SN&O) business unit.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist the VP of Strategic Initiatives and Execution to manage the SN&O strategic initiative portfolio
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to define and refine organizational strategy.
  • Translate strategic goals into executable projects and initiatives.
  • Develop detailed execution roadmaps with clear deliverables, timelines, and resource plans.
  • Oversee and coordinate strategic programs from initiation through successful delivery.
  • Implement project management best practices to ensure alignment, accountability, and transparency.
  • Track progress, manage risks, and report on key milestones and KPIs.
  • Work across departments to ensure strategic alignment and execution consistency.
  • Facilitate collaboration and communication between teams to eliminate silos.
  • Lead strategic initiative teams without direct authority through influence and relationship-building.
  • Drive organizational change efforts in support of strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and execute change management strategies and communication plans.
  • Ensure employee engagement and adoption of new initiatives, systems, or processes.
  • Define metrics and success criteria for strategic initiatives.
  • Monitor progress and performance, providing insights and recommendations to executive stakeholders.
  • Create executive-level reports and dashboards summarizing progress, issues, and opportunities.
  • Identify gaps and inefficiencies in execution processes and recommend improvements.
  • Implement feedback loops for learning and adapting strategic efforts.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and results-driven execution.
  • Prioritize and implement process change requirements based on the critical project needs
  • Understand and leverage technology in re-engineering of current processes
  • Manage projects involving re-engineering, research, maintenance, and operations, and performing UAT on behalf of the business units
  • Train and guide resources as needed
  • Update and maintain documentation on process improvements and process performance
  • Use and continually develop leadership skills such as collaborative and influential

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
  • 7–10+ years of experience in strategy, operations, program/project management, or consulting.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, high-impact initiatives across diverse teams.
  • Experience with strategic frameworks, performance measurement tools, and PM methodologies (e.g., Agile, Lean, OKRs). Knowledge of process assessment and optimization techniques
  • Proven working experience in project management and change management environment
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Visio
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required
  • Healthcare knowledge strongly preferred
