Position Summary: 

Comtech Systems, Inc. (CSI) is looking for a Systems Administrator?to support training and development programs for one of our government clients in Columbia, MD. 

Responsibilities: 

• Support cyber defense of systems.

• Support operator laptop builds, software installation, and configurations.
• Support the Cyber Range and Lab environments by providing systems administration and automation in support of operator training, mimicking customer systems, and prototype development.
• Test and implement scripts to automate the initialization and maintenance of environments
• Be part of a team developing innovative solutions to improve mission capabilities.
• Collaborate with the team in a highly integrated, fast-paced environment utilizing leading technologies.
• Leverage your skills to identify areas for process improvement and suggest practical solutions.

 
Qualifications:? 

• Windows Systems Administration
• Linux Systems Administration
• Systems Integration
• Experience with PXE boot
• Experience with scripting (e.g., Bash, Ansible, Python, PowerShell)
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (Terraform preferred)
• Cybersecurity experience is a plus (e.g., Systems Vulnerability Analysis, Adversary Emulation)
• Experience creating SOPs and documenting installation instructions
• Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain.

Education: 

• Associate’s degree (IT-related career field)?
