The Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Principal Software Engineer to lead our AI platform development and innovation initiatives. In this role, you'll be the technical cornerstone of our AI strategy, designing sophisticated software architecture while driving breakthrough implementations that transform our product offerings. You'll combine deep technical expertise with strategic vision to create AI-powered solutions that redefine what's possible within our industry.

What You'll Do

• Influence Technical Architecture: Design and implement the foundational architecture for our AI platform, services, and integration points
• Drive Engineering Excellence: Establish best practices, patterns, and frameworks for AI software development across the organization
• Build Enterprise Solutions: Architect and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance AI systems that meet complex business requirements
• Accelerate Innovation: Create software solutions that dramatically reduce development time through technical insight and efficient implementation
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with product teams to translate business needs into technical designs and guide implementation
• Technical Mentorship: Elevate the capabilities of engineering teams through code reviews, technical guidance, and knowledge sharing
• Strategic Vision: Contribute to long-term technical roadmaps that align software development with our AI-first business strategy

Your Background

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with a proven track record in complex system design and implementation
• Deep expertise in building enterprise-grade software platforms and distributed systems
• Strong understanding of modern software architecture principles and design patterns
• Experience with AI/ML technologies, particularly large language models and their integration into software products
• Proficiency in relevant programming languages (Python, TypeScript, C#, or similar)
• Experience with cloud-based infrastructure (preferably Azure) and CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with security, compliance, and privacy considerations for enterprise software
• Background in decision analytics, optimization, or similar domains (preferred)
