We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Electrical Cost Manager, based in Chandler, AZ, with a strong background in low-voltage systems to lead cost control efforts on an advanced manufacturing (semiconductor or high-tech) facility. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in estimating, budgeting, and managing electrical scopes related to data, security, communications, and other low-voltage infrastructure. You will be responsible for overseeing cost tracking, evaluating change orders, ensuring accurate forecasting, and collaborating closely with project teams, subcontractors, and key stakeholders to drive financial performance and on-time delivery in a complex, fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Knowledge & Skills Required:
Education: BS in Construction, Cost & Commercial Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 4 to 5 years in Cost Management or Quantity Surveying, with a strong emphasis on electrical systems, particularly low voltage infrastructure (e.g., data, security, communications) on large-scale industrial or manufacturing projects required.
Industry Experience (Preferred): Experience supporting cost management on advanced manufacturing, semiconductor, or mission-critical projects with complex electrical scopes.
Preferred Certification: Professional accreditation – MRICS, AssocRICS, CCP, CEP, CPE, or equivalent.
