Our Team is seeking qualified and motivated professionals to join our team in support of the Test Engineering and Analysis Services (TEAS) contract that provides non-personal services for test engineering and analysis, software development, and test support to White Sands Missile Range (WSMR). Specific functional areas include test planning, coordination, execution, and reporting of test results; data collection, management, and analysis; engineering and technical support; software analysis; Manpower and Personnel Integrations (MANPRINT); foreign national / media escorts; program management; and flight safety and systems engineering support services.

We are currently looking to hire an Engineer IIIB at WSMR in support of TEAS to perform test engineering duties assisting test officers and conductors as well as to support related duties to the overall test design, planning, coordination, execution, analysis and reporting including sub tasks and documentation deliverables.


Depending on the nature of the test(s), our Engineers could be involved with Test Engineering, Test Planning and Coordination, Test Execution, and/or Test Reporting.

Requirements:

Education/Experience/Skills

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical, Nuclear, Aeronautical, or Network), and knowledge of Mathematics, Physics, Operations Research, and Engineering - or demonstrate an equivalent five (5) years of experience supporting Test and Evaluation in program management; test planning, test monitoring, test coordination, test documentation preparation, and generation of test reports as required.
  • A strong foundation of engineering principles and background or training in test and evaluation approaches, regulations, policies, and processes is required.
  • Must have experience and a working skill set in Microsoft Office products (Word, Power Point, Excel, Access, Project, Outlook) along with PowerBI (or similar analytic products), in order to produce required documentation and communications.
  • Must have strong technical writing skills, oral presentation skills and leadership qualities.
  • Must be able to sporadically travel as to CONUS and OCONUS locations.
  • Current Driver’s License required; must be able to be insured through company’s vehicle insurance policy while driving work/government/rental vehicles during working hours, and for the duration of employment.
  • U.S. Citizenship required and you must be able to obtain a minimum of a U.S. DoD Secret Security Clearance prior to hire date and maintain the requisite security clearance throughout employment.
  • All candidates will be required to pass background screening to include SSN, Driver Record, and Criminal Background Investigation.
