Description: We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Marketing Intern to join our team and support key customer engagement and promotional initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate eager to gain hands-on marketing experience in a dynamic, real-world setting.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Customer Outreach & Data Verification

  • Make outbound calls to existing customers to verify and update account details, contact information, and preferences.
  • Maintain accurate records of all communications in our CRM system.
  • Help identify opportunities to enhance customer experience based on feedback.
Digital Marketing & Online Presence
  • Assist in promoting Riggs Cat's digital tools, online services, and customer portals through email, phone, and social media outreach.
  • Support the development of engaging content for social media channels to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Help implement email marketing campaigns to drive awareness of digital tools and services.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to track engagement metrics and suggest improvements for digital outreach efforts.
Event Support
  • Help with company events, open houses, trade shows, and customer appreciation days across Arkansas.
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure consistent branding and a positive customer experience at all events.
  • Assist onsite with setup, customer interaction, and post-event follow-up.
Requirements:

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and willing to learn CRM tools.
  • Passionate about marketing, customer service, and learning new technologies.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within the state for events (travel expenses covered).
