Overview

Summary:
The Associate Product Manager for Emergency Preparedness (EP) Services & Solutions portfolios will be responsible for developing and executing clearly defined marketing and communication strategies that drive revenue growth and enhance brand equity across Sarnova’s Emergency Preparedness business units, as well as adjacent markets. This position requires strong organizational and analytic skills, as well as an entrepreneurial mindset to help drive future state of the business. This role will support existing services and business solutions, as well as deployment of new solutions offerings in development.

Responsibilities

Office Schedule: M-Th office based, Friday remote (Effective September 1, 2025)

The Associate Product Manager will work on a hybrid schedule out of our Dublin, OH offices - The Associate Product Manager will be in-office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday and work from home on Monday and Friday.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop, present, and implement portfolio business plans for multiple product lines. Responsibilities include management of pricing, supplier relationships, go-to-market strategies, product positioning, etc.
  • Create, execute, and manage marketing programs to enhance the organization’s presence and status in the market. This includes company catalogs, online initiatives, advertising, sales force support materials, trade show marketing efforts, and vendor marketing programs.
  • Analyze market trends and implement strategies to accelerate portfolio revenue growth.
  • Perform market research to uncover customer needs.
  • Work with Manufacturer Partners and internal teammates to develop cross-promotional activities.
  • Contribute to sales rep services and solutions training program.
  • Monitor the marketplace and competition, perform market and competitive analysis, and adjust marketing plans and initiatives accordingly.
  • Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of multiple product lines.
  • Manage the development and distribution of all collateral materials.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
  • Medical/Clinical expertise or prior healthcare experience preferred.
  • A minimum of 1 year of managing programs, projects, or products with increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Experience in a value-added distribution industry, business-to-business selling environment, or supply chain management.

Skills and Experience Desired:

  • Demonstrated positive energy and ability collaborative in a face paced, cross-functional environment to effectively represent products/brands at all levels, both internally and externally.
  • Solid communication skills, including the ability to collaborate, influence, and communicate at all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects at once with low error rates and a strong history of execution.
  • Create, execute, and manage marketing programs to enhance the organization’s presence and status in the market. This includes company catalogs, online initiatives, advertising, sales force support materials, trade show marketing efforts, and vendor marketing programs.
  • Exceptional project management and organization skills with attention to details.
  • Computer literacy: Microsoft Office Suite and CRM with strong Excel analytic skills.
  • Ability to successfully work in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment.
