The Department of Business Administration in the Alfred Lerner College of Business and Economics at the University of Delaware invites applications for a tenure-track position in Marketing. The beginning date for the position is August, 2026.
Candidates must possess a Ph.D. in Marketing or related fields and pursue a high-quality research program with the objective of publishing in top-tier journals in the field. Candidates must also demonstrate potential for high-quality teaching. Primary teaching responsibility is in marketing, at the undergraduate and/or graduate levels. The teaching load will initially be three courses per year, and junior faculty are given minimal service requirements.

Lerner College supports full-time, part-time, on-site corporate, and online MBA programs in addition to MS programs in functional business areas and non-degree executive education programs. Salary, benefits, teaching load, and research support are highly competitive and commensurate with experience and qualifications. Candidates who currently hold tenure-track appointments at other institutions are strongly encouraged to apply. Ideal candidates have a record of publishing in top journals at rank and evidence of highly effective teaching in graduate and/or undergraduate courses.
