As we expand our reach in the apparel and fashion industry, we’re hiring an Account Manager to maintain and grow strategic customer relationships. You'll work with leading apparel brands, vertically integrated manufacturers, and distributors across North America to ensure they receive maximum value from our ERP solutions.

About the Role

The Account Manager will oversee a portfolio of customers using Aptean’s fashion-focused ERP, PLM, WMS, and related solutions. This role is about more than renewals—it’s about delivering continuous value, identifying strategic growth opportunities, and becoming a trusted advisor to key stakeholders in the apparel industry.

You’ll partner closely with Pre-Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to drive retention, upsell/cross-sell, and long-term satisfaction within your book of business.

You Will Also:

  • Manage and grow relationships with fashion and apparel companies—ranging from emerging brands to global enterprises.
  • Understand the seasonal, fast-paced nature of the apparel industry and help customers navigate challenges like speed to market, demand planning, and supply chain complexity.
  • Proactively identify expansion opportunities for solutions such as PLM, WMS, Shop Floor Control, and Financials.
  • Lead account planning and strategic business reviews with senior-level executives and functional teams (Design, Production, Operations, etc.).
  • Serve as the internal advocate for your customers, coordinating across departments to resolve issues and improve the customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate account data and pipeline in Salesforce, and consistently deliver against retention and growth targets.
  • Attend apparel industry events and customer on-sites to deepen relationships and stay current on industry trends.

About You

  • 5+ years of account management or customer success experience in a software or SaaS company.
  • Strong knowledge of the apparel, fashion, or sewn-goods manufacturing industries (direct experience in a brand, factory, or supply chain context is a major plus).
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and retain strategic accounts.
  • Excellent communication skills and a consultative mindset—you can guide conversations with both technical users and C-level stakeholders.
  • Skilled at presenting software solutions both remotely and in person.
  • Proficient in Salesforce and other CRM tools.
  • Able to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, seasonal industry.
