BRG seeks a full-time, experienced Financial Contracts Coordinator. The Financial Contracts Coordinator is responsible for providing outstanding service to the Firm’s personnel, clients and subcontractors. Therefore, the candidate must be very flexible and highly committed to quality, customer service, teamwork and supporting Firm and department goals in a fast-paced environment. This is a hybrid position working out of our Dallas, TX or Emeryville, CA offices.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
  • Liaison between Experts and Legal regarding subcontractor terms and fee arrangements
  • Read, comprehend and assist in developing complex contracts.
  • Review subcontractor agreements, task order, and tax related documents
  • Maintain/update key elements of subcontractor agreements & task orders in an internal database
  • Subcontractor invoice review, reconciliation, recording of fee revenue and accounts payable voucher
  • Follow through, tracking and reporting of multiple assignments and progress
  • Ability to follow non-standard processes.
  • High volume of oral and written communications with internal and external experts and legal counsel.
  • Data entry for recording fee revenue, expenses via accounts payable vouchers, and reporting for payment of subcontractor invoices.
  • Electronic document management
  • Ad hoc reporting
Required Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience
  • Strong 10 key and keyboard skills and competence of Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Exceptional organizational skills, follow-up skills and keen attention to detail
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Actively participate in a team environment
  • Committed to high quality customer service (internal and external)
  • Consistent attendance and reliability
  • Contract review experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
Salary range $65,000-$85,000
Candidate must be able to submit verification of his/her legal right to work in the U.S., without company sponsorship.
