We’re searching for a U.S.-based Director of Regulatory Services to join our Life Sciences Regulatory team, so that we can expand our impact and excellence in delivering compliance insights and solutions across the healthcare and life sciences space. The Director of Regulatory Services will lead a high-performing team of compliance professionals and drive strategic cross-functional initiatives to ensure RLDatix remains a trusted partner in global transparency, HCP engagement, and pricing compliance.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

  • Leading a team of regulatory experts to deliver high-quality compliance consulting and services
  • Developing scalable processes and training initiatives in order to advance internal and client-facing regulatory expertise
  • Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to translate regulatory insight into impactful strategies and product features
  • Guiding policy research and compliance assessments in order to ensure alignment with evolving U.S. and global regulations
  • Representing RLDatix at client engagements and industry events to strengthen our regulatory leadership and presence

What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having

  • Experience in life sciences compliance or regulatory affairs
  • Proven success in leading teams and scaling operations in a dynamic, regulatory-driven environment
  • In-depth knowledge on how to operationalize compliance related to global transparency, HCP engagement, and pricing regulations
  • Ability to commute to key client or team locations as needed (flexible travel required)
  • Sincere interest in advancing ethical compliance in healthcare and life sciences
  • A knack for working collaboratively within a mission-driven, cross-functional team
