Description:

ATA Services Inc. is currently seeking to hire a SEN Program Coordinator/Entry Manager to work on a temporary job in Santa Fe, New Mexico.

  • Pay Rate: $110.00 per hour, with weekly pay
  • Start Date: July 2025 through June 30, 2026
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8:00am – 5:00pm
  • Location: onsite in Santa Fe, NM

Job Duties

  • Prepare SEN program materials and project materials needed for school participation
  • Collaborate with SEN Project Manager to track PSCOC funding year over year
  • Assist and develop Project Plans
  • Work with procurement team on creating RFP materials for SEN
  • Work with communications team on distributing information for the public on OBAE website
  • Manage communications to schools and other stakeholders and monitor awarded projects for compliance
  • Assist schools and other stakeholders with State Education Network documents to receive PSCOC funding for e-rate
  • Send out Project Award notices for funded projects by PSCOC

  • Develop metrics and validate with Compliance Manager prior to performance standard implementation.
  • Monitor SEN Program Performance for adoption and reporting to OBAE leadership and PSCOC.
  • Make policy and process change recommendation to OBAE leadership and implement with SEN Project Managers
  • Build materials to train and inform appropriate stakeholders of the SEN program, requirements and metrics.
  • Makes sure materials are appropriate for specific stakeholders such as schools and education institution leadership
  • Work closely with School Project Managers on requirements and execution
  • Work closely with Compliance Manager to ensure financial and programmatic reporting are done correctly and trained for ease of use.
  • Gather all program metrics
  • Generate reports for OBAE leadership and the Public-School Capital Outlay Committee
  • Document progress of SEN program across all sub projects
  • Work with Compliance and Grants Manager to ensure financial and other documents that are required by PSCOC are gathered.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Director.
