We’re searching for a U.S.-based Director, Professional Services to join our Life Sciences Operations team, so that we can enhance service delivery, deepen customer relationships, and strengthen operational performance across our compliance-focused products. The Director, Professional Services will lead the support, success, and delivery of services across product lines to ensure our clients experience seamless, impactful, and compliant engagement with RLDatix solutions.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

  • Overseeing end-to-end professional services across all products to ensure client satisfaction and operational excellence
  • Engaging directly with customers and internal teams in order to resolve issues, gather feedback, and elevate the customer experience
  • Collaborating with Product, Account Management, and cross-functional teams to support training, process design, and product improvement initiatives
  • Monitoring KPIs and project progress to maintain accountability and proactively identify delivery risks
  • Supporting sales and marketing efforts to drive adoption and visibility of RLDatix offerings in the life sciences industry

What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having

  • Experience in life sciences, particularly in commercial compliance, sales operations, or transparency reporting
  • Proven success in customer-facing roles with strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills
  • In-depth knowledge on how to navigate U.S. and/or global life sciences regulations impacting sales and marketing practices
  • Ability to commute to client sites or industry events as needed (flexible travel required)
  • Sincere interest in improving operational and compliance outcomes in the healthcare industry
  • A knack for working cross-functionally and proactively within a fast-paced, service-driven environment
