Description:

JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for the coordination of all marketing and advertising activities of Bank Operations, as well as internal employee involvement programs and associated communications. The Marketing Coordinator will work to develop the various internal marketing concepts, objectives, materials, advertisements, programs, internal communications and other special events approved by Senior Management.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Manage the company's online presence, including the website, social media accounts, and online listings, ensuring all content is up-to-date, accurate, compliant, and engaging.
  • Creation of print marketing/ad material for both Bank and Mortgage divisions.
  • Managing and updating lobby TV media, digital signage, phone hold music, etc.
  • Gathers and analyzes information to identify new markets and customers, demand for products and services, and efficacy of existing marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Ensure the integrity of Texana Bank's branding.
  • Create and manage assets such as photos and brochures.
  • Manage the Texana Bank Employee Ambassador Program (BEA Program) and STAR Award program.
  • Manage community events and sponsorships for bank branches.
  • Manage the company's CRM platform: NuPoint (email CRM) and Facebook campaigns.
  • Perform compliance monitoring of advertised job titles and company representation in accordance with various regulations, social media/keyword monitoring, etc.
  • Oversee the development and distribution of the Texana Experience.
  • Maintain knowledge of trends and developments in the market; identifies needs for new products and services and makes recommendations to leadership.
  • Collaborates, participates in, and coordinates promotional activities for bank branches.
  • May negotiate contracts for services for vendors for both bank and mortgage branches.
  • Oversee the management and acquisition of office supplies, business cards, company apparel, and other various employee job-related products.
  • Collaborates with sales or marketing representatives to fully understand product and communication needs.
  • Evaluate success of campaigns when completed.
  • Attend trade shows and community fairs and staffs the company booth.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Requirements:

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, business, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Highly collaborative with the ability to build strong interdepartmental partnerships.
  • Proficient computer skills, and adaptability to new software systems.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools.
  • Proven success in social media management.
  • Microsoft Office Suite products, Teams and SharePoint
  • Adobe Creative Suite
  • Working knowledge of WordPress
  • Ability to understand technical subject matter and relate the information to a general audience.
